The property is extensive, requiring golf cart transportation to reach accommodations. Walking is possible, though the paths aren’t suitable for transporting luggage. Our reserved accommodation was excellent, featuring a smart TV (personal login credentials required). The space was generous and comfortable. While not expansive, the swimming pool served its purpose well. The children’s pool is particularly appealing with its shallow depth and entertaining water slide. There’s also a playground that provides great entertainment for young guests. Internet connectivity remains strong throughout the premises. The only disappointment during our visit was the morning buffet service. Despite being only around 8AM, many dishes were depleted and replenishment was slower than expected. Nevertheless, our overall experience was positive, and we plan to return in the near future.

Friendly service, uncomplicated check-in, clean and spacious rooms, everything was excellent, good breakfast (small buffet); the pools are very nice. We’d be happy to come back.

The accommodation aspects are excellent – the rooms feature superb air conditioning and exceptional soundproofing. Reception and housekeeping personnel demonstrate commendable hospitality. However, the restaurant staff falls short of expectations. I understand the current challenges in staffing, but waiting 10 minutes for service and having to request basic utensils is frustrating, especially when servers appear disengaged and lack attentiveness.

The cuisine is adequate, though the selection could be more extensive given the price point. I acknowledge that breakfast isn’t typically elaborate in the Philippines, but the presentation needs improvement.
