Love’s Beach and Dive Resort is a 3-star beachfront property situated on a cliff overlooking Pescador Island at the southern end of Panagsama Beach in Moalboal, Cebu, Philippines. It’s known for its peaceful, tranquil, and secluded atmosphere, yet it’s within a short walking distance to the main section of Panagsama Beach where you’ll find restaurants, bars, and shops. The resort, which opened in 1991 and was last renovated in 2013, has 22 to 26 rooms.
The resort’s main focus is on diving and water activities. It has a PADI Dive Center on-site and offers a full schedule of daily fun dives and a range of PADI courses, including Open Water Diver, Advanced Open Water Diver, and Discover Scuba Diving (DSD). The resort’s house reef is directly in front of the property, where guests can dive or snorkel with the famous sardine run, turtles, and a variety of tropical fish. Other amenities include:

Getting There
Love’s Beach and Dive Resort is approximately 92 km from Cebu City and 112 km from Mactan-Cebu International Airport (CEB), with a travel time of about 2 to 2.5 hours.
- By Bus: Take a taxi to the Cebu South Bus Terminal and look for a bus with a sign that says “Bato via Barili.” Get off in Moalboal, and from there, you can take a tricycle or motorcycle taxi (habal-habal) to the resort. A shared tricycle from the bus stop to Panagsama Beach costs around PHP 20 per person.
- By Private Car/Van: This is a faster and more convenient option. You can arrange for a private van rental from Cebu City directly to the resort.
